why I do what I do

photography is my passion and my way of preserving the beauty of life’s most precious moments. from intimate weddings to family portraits i’m drawn to capturing the emotions that make each occasion so special. my approach is natural and i love a good mix between getting those posed photos for your wall in your home and getting candid photos that photograph you as you truly are, while also focusing on the little details that bring your story to life. my goal is to provide you with timeless, emotional images you’ll treasure forever.

based in Utah, but always ready to travel

while I call Utah my home, my love for adventure has me constantly seeking new places and experiences. I’m always excited to pack my bags and travel for photography sessions, whether it’s capturing a destination wedding, and intimate engagement in a foreign city or remote location, or a family portrait session in a breathtaking new landscape. I believe the world is full of beautiful locations just waiting to be turned into lasting memories, and I’d love to help tell your story wherever you are!

a little about me personally

when I’m not behind the camera, you’ll likely find me getting my hands dirty with my growing collection of houseplants (i can’t resist adding one more!), or I can often be found cheering for my favorite baseball team (go red sox) or if I can get away, enjoying a game with a friend at a ballpark. i’m also a huge fan of traveling and exploring new places, whether it’s a road trip through Utah’s canyons or flying halfway around the world to experience something new.

in addition to photography, i also spend time designing house plans using my master’s in architecture degree, which feeds my passion for design and aesthetics. i love applying the same attention to detail and creativity i learned in architecture to my photography work. whether i’m capturing the symmetry of a couple’s first dance or the natural beauty of a landscape, my background allows me to bring a unique perspective.
